Lighting on a Budget - New Workshop!
September 25, 2014

I’ve been involved with some impressive workshops over the last couple of years and one common comment that has come back to me after just about every one of them was “If only I could afford to have that expensive gear, I could shoot that too!”

Well, this full day workshop is meant to dispel that myth once and for all.

2015 MPST Calendar - Free Desktop Wallpaper Sample - Round 2!
September 21, 2014

Response to the last preview wallpaper was pretty darn overwhelming. Thanks for that. 🙂

All the models and racecars have been shot and I am now busy getting the layout ready to go to final approval and then printing so that calendars will be able to be delivered at the annual banquet and award nights, which is creeping ever so close!!!

The models that have joined me at the tracks and the reception at the tracks has been incredible. Even though we typically shoot 2 or 3 hours before any on track activity, we have never failed to draw a crowd wherever we shoot this summer and we shot at all 5 tracks that the Maritime pro Stock Tour visits.

I still don’t want to give away a lot, we’ve shot 16 beautiful models with 16 different race cars and it is looking like the final calendar will be 14 months (a design decision) and will be ready for advance orders in the next couple of weeks.

Since the race season is now over, I’ve got lots of time on my hands to finalize the editing and layouts and I’ve decided once again to share a second quarterly image big enough to be used for a computer wallpaper with a calendar to make it actually useful as a wallpaper. Everyone needs a calendar close by, right?

This images is free to anyone who wants to download it and all we ask is that you do not edit the image or remove the graphics and logos. It is meant for personal use only. Anyone wanting to license for commercial use of any kind or would like a print of the image, please contact us right here.

Thanks for reading all the way to the end and click here to download the high resolution 1280×800 pixel image. Once you’ve saved the picture, simply right click and choose “Set as Desktop Wallpaper” in virtually any Windows environment. On a Mac, save the image to a folder and then right-click on the file and choose “Set Wallpaper Image” and you’re good to go.

Thanks for all the support over the summer and keep an eye here for more details on the calendar pricing and availability very soon. 🙂
